• Do Not Paint the flat immediately after external crack filling & painting work. Please wait for 12 to 18 Months for drying wall totally.
  
  
• Seal the entire window sill with silicon sealant or m-seal.
  
  
• Drill the aluminum track of window to drain out water from the track.
  
  
• Fill the scarting and tiles joints properly to avoid seepage.
  
  
• Use cement base putty minimum 3' - 0" fit above the scarting level during internal painting.
  
  
• Drill the box Hollow elevation by minimum 1" to 2" Dia two hole.
  
  
• Do not hammer or do fix the furniture dead wall.
  
  
• Avoid fixing heavy nails on grill chhajja, Parapet wall, dead wall.
  
  
• Always check & fill the joint of N.T & tiles in bathrooms, Kitchen & Toilet by cement on once a year.
  
  
• While Doing concealed plumbing please check the plumbing lines by pressure meter.
  
  
• Please purchase plumbing joints of standared company.
  
  
• Please check all the joints, valves, overflow pipes oncein year of loft tank.
  
  
• Tide up all the taps properly check out the washing machine / washbasin plumbing points.
  
  
• Washbasin drainage pips should be PVC. Barrel nipple of external water pips should be coved with PVC.
